1 scoop GaiaCapra protein powder
100 g strawberries (fresh or frozen)
50 g blueberries
250 ml milk of your choice (e.g. almond milk, oat milk or soy milk)
1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional, for extra fiber)
Preparation :
