
Spinach & Avocado Protein Shake
- 1 scoop GaiaCapra protein powder
- 1 handful of fresh spinach
- 1/2 avocado (for a creamy texture)
- 1/2 green apple (chopped)
- 250 ml milk of your choice (e.g. almond milk, oat milk or soy milk)
- 1 teaspoon lime or lemon juice
