
Strawberry & Blueberry Protein Shake
- 1 scoop GaiaCapra protein powder
- 100 g strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 50 g blueberries
- 250 ml milk of your choice (e.g. almond milk, oat milk or soy milk)
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional, for extra fiber)
Preparation :
Blend all ingredients into a fresh, fruity shake. Tasty and healthy!
